Medical / Dental / Vision offers employees the choice of four medical plan options through CareFirst, with company paid HRA and HSA plans. pays 100% of the monthly premium for dental (Aetna) and vision (VSP) coverage for employees and their eligible dependents.

401k offers participation in the sponsored 401(k) plan to all eligible employees. The company will make a 3% contribution and in addition, will make a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution up to 3%, with immediate vesting.

We also offer 11 Holidays, 20 accrued paid time off days per year, company paid short-term disability and long-term disability, six weeks of company paid parental leave, bereavement leave, time off for jury duty, and military leave.
